Service Purpose

The purpose of this privacy policy (this "Privacy Policy") is to inform the users of our Site (the "Site") about the data collection and processing practices of the Company, and the rights of the users of the Site. The users of this SaaS application fall into two categories:

  1. Qualified. At Customers are Businesses who have registered with Qualified. At (the "Company") to create and manage their accounts, where they may create a Site Property (or several) and generate a lead qualification form displayed on their own website as a (white-label) "copilot window" widget. The copilot widget may be customized by the Qualified. At Customer to the look and feel of their site, and may not be easily distinguishable from the rest of their site. However, the terms and conditions and this privacy policy remain visible in the footer of the copilot widget at all times, and point to this privacy policy.

  2. End-Users (aka "Leads", "Qualifying Leads", "Intake Leads") are the individuals who fill out the lead generation and qualification form(s) displayed in a copilot window widget on a Qualified. At Customer's site, and whose collection and use are the sole purpose of the software provided by this website to the Businesses (its Customers). The software is designed to collect voluntarily provided data from the End-Users to assist the Customers in their intake process for their own purposes, be that to qualify leads for professional services and products, medical providers, insurance providers, consultants, or any other service or product that they offer. The End-Users are under no obligation to answer any questions in the form shown by the Qualified. At Customer, and can opt-out at any time during the data collection process. The Customers are responsible for the fair use of the data collected from the End-Users, and must comply with the laws of the jurisdiction in which they operate. The Customers may export the list of leads for their own purposes, be that marketing, sales or any other business relationship they may have with the End-Users. The forms Customers build on this site have the ability to provide an estimated cost of the services provided by the Customer to the End-User. Qualified. At is not responsible for the accuracy of the estimated cost provided by any Customer, and is not liable for any damages caused by the use of Customer's services. Importantly, End-Users are under no obligation to provide any information, to the Customer in the form shown by the Customer via Qualified. At widget, and can opt-out at any time during the data collection process by simply closing the copilot window widget by clicking outside of the widget, or clicking the "X" button in the top right corner of the widget.

Service Functionality

This site exists to allow Businesses (Qualified. At Customers) to create and manage their accounts, where they may create a Site (or several) and generate a lead generation and qualification form displayed in a copilot window widget on their site. The widget is populated by the questions the Business has configured in their account. The form is displayed and populated in a copilot window widget on the Business's site.

The Qualified. At Customers have access to different features depending on the plan they have selected and paid for. For example, Customers on the Pro plan may choose to send a webhook to their own CRM or a backend API system with each form completion, or generate an email to the person who filled out the form. Qualified. At may change the features available to the Customers at any time, at its sole discretion. Suspension and termination of Customer accounts (including refunds) are governed by our Terms and Conditions.

Data Ownership
The lead qualification data collected from the Site is owned by the Qualified. At's Customer (i.e. the Business registered as a Qualified. At Customer) and must be used solely for the purpose of qualifying leads by the Qualified. At Customer and not shared with any third parties by Qualified. At, however Qualified. At has no control over how the Qualified. At Customer uses the data, as the lead qualification data may be exported by the Qualified. At Customer and used for their own purposes.

Do not give out personally identifiable information beyond the minimal information required to fill out the form and to potentially contact you. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, and address.

The data collected from the Site is owned by the Qualified. At Customer (i.e. the Business registered as a Qualified. At Customer) and is not shared with any third parties.
