Repair
A defined problem in a defined area — lifted shingles, a failed valley, flashing that was never right. Priced by the damaged area, not the house.
Roofing & exterior restoration
Repairs, full replacements and storm work, done by crews who have been on the same trucks for years. You get a real number before anyone climbs a ladder — priced off the roof itself, not off how the week is going.
Four kinds of work, four different trucks. The estimator asks which one you are before it asks anything else, because a shingle repair and a claim-backed re-roof have almost nothing in common.
A defined problem in a defined area — lifted shingles, a failed valley, flashing that was never right. Priced by the damaged area, not the house.
Tear-off, deck inspection, ice-and-water at the eaves and valleys, new underlayment, new roof. Two to four days and a dumpster in the driveway.
Wind, hail, fallen limbs. Slope-by-slope test squares and a documented scope an adjuster will accept — and we meet them on the roof.
Siding, gutters, downspouts, trim and attic ventilation. Cheaper to do while the staging is already up, and it only gets scoped once.

No mystery and no menu. A roof estimate is arithmetic, and it is the same arithmetic every contractor in the trade uses. Here it is.
A roofing square is 100 square feet. Area sets the size of the job and everything after it is an adjustment. A rough guess is genuinely fine — we measure it properly on site before anything is signed.
Flat, walkable, or steep enough that a crew has to be tied off. Steep and multi-story roofs need staging and fall arrest. That is labour and equipment, not markup.
3-tab, architectural, wood shake, metal, tile or slate — each one is a different material cost and a different crew day. We assume like-for-like; an upgrade is priced as the difference, shown separately.
Roof area × rate + Pitch + Material + Age of deck + Extras = Your estimate
Describe the roof in your own words — age, material, what you are seeing, and whether a storm had anything to do with it. The estimator reads it, works out which questions still matter, and gives you a real number at the end. It opens on its own in a moment — or use the Price my roof button in the corner.
It never asks your name, your email, or your address. Nothing it asks identifies you or your house.
