Kitchens
Layout first, cabinetry second. Most of the cost lives in what moves — plumbing, gas, and the wall that was never load-bearing until it was.
Typically 8–14 weeks on site
Architecture-led design & build
We draw it, permit it and build it with one team and one contract, so nobody spends a Tuesday explaining the drawings to the person holding the saw. Every project begins with a budget band we are willing to put in writing before a single wall comes down.
01 / Selected work
Drawn here as plans rather than photographs — the composition is the part that mattered before anything was chosen from a showroom.

02 / Services
The intake form forks here too — what you are remodeling changes every question that follows it.
Layout first, cabinetry second. Most of the cost lives in what moves — plumbing, gas, and the wall that was never load-bearing until it was.
Typically 8–14 weeks on site
Waterproofing done properly, tile set by people who set tile all week. Relocating a stack is the single largest variable.
Typically 5–9 weeks on site
Foundation, framing, envelope and the review that governs all three. We survey before we promise a footprint.
Typically 6–11 months, permits included
A plan redrawn rather than redecorated. Usually mechanical, electrical and plumbing replaced along the way.
Typically 9–16 months, permits included
03 / How we work
The sequence is the product. Skipping ahead is how remodels acquire the stories people tell at parties.
I
Measured drawings, two or three plan options, and a budget band you can accept or walk away from. Nothing is ordered yet.
II
We prepare the set, file it, and answer the review comments. You are told what the calendar actually looks like, not what we wish it were.
III
One superintendent, one schedule, one weekly note describing what happened and what happens next. Selections are locked before demolition.
IV
We walk it with you, write down everything, and finish the list before the final invoice — not after it.
04 / Begin
In your own words — the room, what bothers you about it, and roughly what you were hoping to spend. Plain sentences are fine; there is no form vocabulary to learn.
Whatever you write is read first, so the questions that follow are only the ones your description left open. At the end you get a budget band and a realistic phase schedule. Use the Estimate my remodel button in the corner to begin.
