Managed IT & Security Operations

The IT department you don't have to hire.

Helpdesk, monitoring, backup and security for small and mid-sized teams — one predictable per-seat rate, one service agreement, one number to call at three in the morning. No block hours, no surprise invoices, no waiting until Monday.

Pricing

Per seat, per month. That is the whole model.

A seat is one person with a company login, part-timers included. Count your people, pick the tier that matches your infrastructure, and you have the monthly figure before anyone calls you. Servers, on-site visits and regulated data are the only line items that move it.

Essential

Under 15 seats, cloud only — nothing in a server room.

$95 per seat / month

Billed monthly · 10-seat minimum · no setup fee

  • Unlimited remote helpdesk, business hours
  • Device enrolment, patching and inventory
  • Cloud identity and access reviews
  • Backup of cloud mail and files
  • P1 response within 1 hour

Regulated

75+ seats, or any team carrying a compliance obligation.

$174 per seat / month

Includes audit-evidence support · annual contract

  • Everything in Standard
  • Named virtual CIO, not a support queue
  • Control mapping and evidence collection
  • Access recertification and retention policy
  • P1 response within 15 minutes, 24 × 7

Worked example. Forty seats, hybrid infrastructure, two servers, four-hour response: 40 × $128 = $5,120, plus $370 for the servers. Every price on this page is invented for the demo, but the arithmetic is the arithmetic we actually use.

Coverage

What the monthly rate actually buys

Five disciplines, staffed continuously, reported on monthly. Nothing here is an add-on you discover at renewal.

Helpdesk

One queue, staffed by engineers who already know your environment. Phone, email or portal — the ticket is the same either way.

Monitoring

Endpoints, servers and connectivity watched continuously. Most of what we fix, you never hear about — that is the point.

Backup & recovery

Nightly protection with retention you choose, and a test restore every week. A backup nobody has restored is a rumour, not a backup.

Security

Identity hardening, patch discipline, phishing response and least-privilege access reviews. Boring, documented, repeated.

Compliance support

Control mapping, evidence collection and the access reports auditors ask for. We do not sell certification — we make the evidence easy to produce.

Service levels

Response times we agree to in writing

Priority is set by business impact, not by who shouts loudest. These targets are measured from the moment a ticket is raised, and reported back to you monthly.

Illustrative service targets for this demo. Real agreements are set per contract.
Priority What it means First response Target resolution Coverage
P1 Critical Work has stopped for a site or the whole company 15 min 4 hours 24 × 7
P2 High A team or a business-critical system is degraded 1 hour 1 business day 24 × 7
P3 Normal One person blocked, or a workaround exists 4 business hrs 3 business days Mon – Fri
P4 Scheduled Onboarding, moves, changes and planned work 1 business day By agreed date Mon – Fri

Counts are illustrative. Bar lengths are relative to the highest month; every figure is printed beside its bar.

Missed targets are credited, not explained. If a P1 or P2 target slips, the credit appears on the next invoice without you having to ask for it. The monthly report shows every ticket that came close, too.

Get a quote

Describe your setup in your own words

No forms full of dropdowns to guess at. Write a few sentences about how your team works and what is going wrong — how many people, where they sit, whether anything lives in a server room — and the form reads it, fills in what it can, and asks only about what you left out. You get a monthly figure at the end, not a promise that someone will be in touch. Use the Get a monthly quote button in the corner to begin.

We ask for counts and categories — never vendor names or network details. How many people, roughly how many servers, whether you carry a compliance obligation: that is enough to price the work. Product versions, firewall or VPN configuration and security tooling do not belong in a public form on the open internet, and we do not ask for them. If a provider's intake form asks an unauthenticated visitor which security products they run, that tells you something about the provider.

How onboarding runs

Typical timeline
Scoping, same week. We walk your environment with you and confirm the seat count the quote was built on.
Documentation, week one. Assets, access and recovery paths written down before we change anything.
Agents and backup, week two. Monitoring live, protection running, first test restore verified.
Handover, week three. Helpdesk opens to your staff and the first monthly report is scheduled.
